In a galaxy….

(No spoilers)
The credits were finally over as the lights began to dim. An eerie silence fell upon the packed theater, as a collective anticipation fluttered threw the heart of everyone in attendance. I myself had waited a very long time to witness a child hood fantasy, come back to life. Years of unjust waiting for a glimpse of hope, followed by years of anticipation. A certain purgatory so to speak. But I digress. For the moment was finally here. With my ridiculously large bag of popcorn and a soda; that will eventually force me to exit for a brief amount of time later, I was prepared for the journey that lay ahead.

The credits were finally over as the lights began to dim. An eerie silence fell upon the packed theater, as a collective anticipation fluttered threw the heart of everyone in attendance. Looking around me I saw nothing but enjoyment. Bright lit up faces that illuminated the darkness surrounding us. I couldn’t help let a small chuckle of joy as a rumble shook me in my seat. Invading my personal space with thunderous joy. Yet I felt no shame. Nor did the rest of my fellow onlookers who were just as giddy as I was. Then, nothing. As if the air had been sucked completely out of the room. The thunderous roar that, was once seemingly all around me, had vanished. Like some sort of cruel magic trick. Just it had seemed life had vanished in the packed room, a new sensation washed over the room. One of bemusement and wonder. I could feel the child deep inside my soul, reawaken. A time when imagination of things unknown was all I knew. That little boy was alive once more. As were all the other lost imaginations in that room, I suspect. The silence only lasting for but a second; was broken, with a familiar sound. Just as all the rest; the same introduction, flashed before eyes. With a simple text we were about to be transported to a different time in space. A place unlike our own. In a galaxy, far far away…
